Blueberry and goats cheese rocket salad
fruit loaf, white
120 g, crumbled
30 g, coarsely chopped
- Toast the raisin bread and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the bread, rocket and blueberries on a serving platter. Season with salt and drizzle with vinegar. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with the goat’s cheese and walnuts.
