Start your day with this berrylicious smoothie.

Ingredients

Apple and berries juice

1 cup(s), (or other flavour), (250ml)

Banana

1 medium, peeled, sliced

Frozen berries

1 cup(s), (115g) plus 1 cup ice cubes

99% fat-free vanilla yoghurt, sweetened

150 g

Instructions

  1. Place the banana, fruit juice, mixed berries, yogurt and ice-cubes into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.
