Ingredients
Fruit juice, all types
1 cup(s), (apple and berries)
Banana(s)
1 medium, peeled, sliced
Frozen berries
1 cup(s), (115g) plus 1 cup ice cubes
Vanilla yoghurt, 99% fat-free, no added sugar
150 g
Instructions

Place the banana, fruit juice, mixed berries, yogurt and ice-cubes into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.
