97% fat-free cottage cheese
¼ cup(s), (60g)
Beetroot, canned in brine, drained
50 g
Garlic
¼ clove(s), crushed
Walnuts
2 piece(s), (2 halves), chopped and toasted
Rye wrap
28 g, (28g), toasted, broken into chards
Instructions

Place the cottage cheese, beetroot and garlic in a small food processor and process until smooth. Season with black pepper.

Sprinkle with walnut and serve with the toasted wrap.
