Chilli and garlic sauce

Lime juice

Soy sauce
½ tsp
Butter lettuce
3 cup(s), shredded, (16 leaves)
Deli-sliced roast beef
315 g, (buy 350g), fat trimmed, cut into strips
Carrot(s)
2 medium, grated
Lebanese cucumber
1 medium, halved lengthways, thinly sliced
Mango
1 medium, thinly sliced
Green shallot(s)
3 individual, thinly sliced
Fresh coriander
¾ cup(s), leaves
Lime(s)
1 medium, wedges, to serve
Instructions

Combine chilli-garlic sauce, juice and soy sauce in a small bowl.

Lay lettuce leaves on a clean work surface. Divide beef evenly among lettuce leaves. Top with carrot, cucumber, mango, shallot, and coriander. Roll up to enclose filling. Serve with sauce and lime wedges.
