Beef, mango and cucumber wraps
Chilli and garlic sauce

3 cup(s), shredded, (16 leaves)
Deli-sliced roast beef
315 g, (buy 350g), fat trimmed, cut into strips
2 medium, grated
1 medium, halved lengthways, thinly sliced
1 medium, thinly sliced
3 individual, thinly sliced
¾ cup(s), leaves
1 medium, wedges, to serve
- Combine chilli-garlic sauce, juice and soy sauce in a small bowl.
- Lay lettuce leaves on a clean work surface. Divide beef evenly among lettuce leaves. Top with carrot, cucumber, mango, shallot, and coriander. Roll up to enclose filling. Serve with sauce and lime wedges.
