Add an amazing new flavour dimension to meat, chicken or fish by coating it in a simple marinade before cooking.
3 clove(s), chopped
½ small, chopped
1 tsp, (mild sweet)
¼ cup(s), (55g)
¼ cup(s), (60ml)
2 tbs, (red wine)
- In a food processor or blender, process all ingredients until smooth. Place mixture in a small saucepan and bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until thick. Set aside to cool before using.
After marinating, you can boil the marinade to use as sauce. Marinate: Beef or lamb (for 30 minutes or longer).
