For a new twist to the old smoothie try adding quinoa flakes. They add fibre and protein plus gives great texture!

Ingredients

skim milk

banana

fresh strawberries

100 g

Coles Cereal, Organic Quinoa Flakes

40 g, (1/3 cup)

vanilla bean paste

¼ tsp

Instructions

  1. Blend milk, banana, strawberries, quinoa flakes, vanilla bean paste and 3 ice-cubes until smooth. Serve.
