Kick start your day with this speedy overnight oat recipe. The great thing about this brekkie is you can prepare it the night before and pop it in the fridge ready for the next day.

Vanilla bean extract, alcohol free
¼ cup(s), (35g)
Dry rolled oats
⅓ cup(s), (30g)
¼ cup(s), (40g)
- Whisk milk, vanilla and acai powder in a jug. Mash the banana with a fork and crush the raspberries.
- Combine milk mixture, banana, raspberry, oats and blueberries in a 1¼-cup (310ml) capacity jar or airtight container and stir well. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
For a creamier texture, replace half the milk with ⅓ cup (80g) 99% fat-free yoghurt.
