These fruity cereal pots tick all the boxes for a nutritious throw-together brekky. To enjoy on the go, pack ingredients into separate reusable containers or into your snack box dividers, then simply layer in a serving jar or bowl when you’re ready to eat.

Ingredients

Wheat flakes

1 cup(s), (40g)

Banana(s)

2 small, thickly sliced

99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened

cup(s), (160g)

Maple syrup

1 tbs

Fresh berries

120 g, mixed

Instructions

  1. Pour half the cereal between into 2 large
  2. (3-cup to 1L capacity) jars or bowls. Divide bananas evenly between jars over cereal, then top evenly with haalf the yoghurt, maple syrup and remaining cereal.
  3. Divide remaining yoghurt between jars. Top with berries to serve.

Notes

TIP: You can easily double or triple this recipe if making for other members of your family. It is best assembled fresh to avoid soggy cereal.
