Banana and peanut butter 'ice-cream'

4 medium, plus extra, sliced, to serve
Smooth or crunchy peanut butter
1½ tbs, use smooth variety
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Peel and cut bananas into 3cm pieces. Place in a single layer on prepared tray. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until frozen.
- Process frozen bananas and milk in a food processor until smooth. Add peanut butter and cinnamon. Process until well combined.
- Spoon banana mixture into a freezer-proof container. Cover and freeze for 1 hour. Serve with extra sliced banana.
