What better way to start the morning with this crunchy toast and simple creamy banana smoothie. Ready in minutes it’s great when you’re in a hurry.

Ingredients

no-fat, no added sugar vanilla yoghurt

150 g

banana

1 medium

skim milk

¼ cup(s)

ground cinnamon

2 g, (pinch), plus extra to serve

high fibre wholemeal bread

1 slice(s), toasted

vegemite spread

1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Blend yoghurt, banana, milk and a pinch of cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and top with remaining sliced banana.
  3. Serve with wholemeal bread spread with Vegemite.
