Ingredients
Vanilla yoghurt, 99% fat-free, no added sugar
150 g
Banana(s)
1 medium
Skim milk
¼ cup(s)
Ground cinnamon
2 g, (pinch), plus extra to serve
High fibre wholemeal bread
1 slice(s), toasted
Vegemite spread
1 tsp
Instructions

Blend yoghurt, banana, milk and a pinch of cinnamon until smooth.

Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and top with remaining sliced banana.

Serve with wholemeal bread spread with Vegemite.
