Banana and cacao nibs porridge

Dry rolled oats
1 medium, chopped
- Combine oats, milk and ⅔ cup (160ml) water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil. Cook, stirring, for 2–3 minutes or until oats are soft and creamy.
- Stir half the banana into the porridge before serving. Top with remaining banana and sprinkle with cacao nibs to serve.
TIP: Cacao nibs are roasted cocoa beans that have been hulled and chopped into smaller pieces. They have a subtle chocolate flavour and slightly bitter taste but are less processed than chocolate. Find them in the health-food section of most supermarkets or from health-food stores.
