Baked pears with chocolate
2 medium, beurre bosc variety, stems attached, halved, cored
reduced fat oil spread
extra light sour cream
¼ cup(s), (60g)
vanilla bean extract
20 g, (2 tbs) finely chopped
25 g, finely chopped
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Place pears, cut-side up, in a small ovenproof dish.
- Dot pears with spread. Drizzle with honey. Bake, turning occasionally, for 50 minutes or until golden and tender.
- Meanwhile, whisk the sour cream and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Serve the pears topped with the vanilla sour cream and scattered with the hazelnuts and chocolate.
