Baked chilli lime salmon

Ingredients
Skinless salmon
500 g, (Buy 4 x 125g fillets)
Honey
1 tbs
Lime rind
1 tsp, finely grated
Lime juice
2 tbs
Dried chilli flakes
¾ tsp
Garlic powder or flakes
½ tsp
Asparagus
1 bunch(es), cut into 6cm lengths
Baby potatoes
400 g, quartered
Lime(s)

Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut 4 sheets of foil large enough to enclose fish and top each with a sheet of baking paper. Place salmon in centre of each paper.

Combine honey, lime rind and juice, chilli and garlic in a small bowl. Drizzle over salmon and season with salt and pepper. Wrap paper and foil around salmon to enclose completely.

Place parcels on baking tray. Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
