A cinch to make, excite your tastebuds with this cool, crunchy salad that packs a tangy taste and make an interesting accompaniment to any main

Ingredients

Snow peas

100 g

Mustard cabbage (gai choy)

2 cup(s), shredded

Carrot(s)

1 medium, cut into thin matchsticks

Green shallot(s)

2 individual, (green) thinly sliced

Lime juice

2 tbs

Sweet chilli sauce

1 tbs

Sesame oil

1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cook snow peas in a medium saucepan of boiling water for 1 minute or until bright green and just tender. Drain and refresh in a large bowl of cold water. Drain. Thinly slice lengthways.
  2. Place snowpeas, wombok, carrot and shallots in a large bowl.
  3. Add lime juice, sweet chilli sauce and sesame oil and toss gently to combine. Serve.
