Warm apple crumble with porridge will have you wishing it was breakfast all day long

Ingredients

dry rolled oats

cup(s), (60g)

dried apple

50 g, (pieces)

skim milk

cup(s), (160ml)

1 bar(s), chopped

diet jam

40 g, (apricot flavour)

Instructions

  1. Place rolled oats and apple in a small saucepan. Add milk and 2/3 cup (160ml) water and bring to the boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring, for 3–4 minutes or until cooked and thickened.
  2. Combine diet apricot jam and 1 tablespoon boiling water in a small heatproof bowl. Serve porridge topped with fruit spread and chopped crumble bar.
