Apple and jam crumble
800 g, Granny Smith
WW Choc Nut Bar, Macadamia and Cranberry

reduced fat oil spread
2 tbs, Strawberry
- Preheat oven to 180ºC or 160ºC fan-forced. Peel, core and quarter apples then cut each quarter into 3 thick slices. Place apples and 2 tablespoons water in a large saucepan. Cover and bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until apples are tender. Spoon cooked apples into 1.25-litre (5-cup) capacity ovenproof dish, then dot evenly with the strawberry jam.
- To make the crumble topping, place chopped nut bar, flour and spread in a medium bowl. Using your fingertips, rub together until well combined. Sprinkle crumble topping over apple mixture, then bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Serve.
