- Preheat oven to 200 or 180 degrees celsiusu fan forced. Place bread on a baking tray with baking paper. Spread with pasta sauce and top with capsicum, semi-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and olives. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp and golden. Serve with rocket and freshly ground black pepper. Serving suggestion: Serve with a 0 points value salad.
