Ingredients

Roasted almonds

50 g

Fresh dates

12 individual

Rolled oats, dry

1 cup(s), (90g)

Sugar free drinking chocolate, prepared

80 ml, dry powder

Sugar-free maple syrup

1 tbs

Coffee, espresso

2 tbs, cold pressed

Instructions

  1. Process almonds in a food processor until finely chopped. Add dates and pulse until dates are coarsely chopped. Add oats, 60 g drinking chocolate, maple syrup and coffee, and process until well combined.
  2. Place remaining drinking chocolate on a plate. Using damp hands, roll the mixture into 20 balls. Roll in drinking chocolate to coat. Cover and place in fridge for 1 hour or until firm.
