Anna's lemon cheesecake pavlova pull apart
Reduced-fat ricotta cheese
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
1 medium, (zest and juice)
25 nest, mini, (mini variety)
7 individual, halved
Dark chocolate chips
2 tsp, (icing sugar substitute)
- In a small food processor add ricotta yoghurt, lemon zest and juice. Process until smooth. Spoon into a pipping bag with a star nozzle.
- Arrange meringues into a wreath shape. Pipe each with ricotta filling.
- Decorate with fresh fruit, choc chips and mint. Dust with icing sugar.
