Low sugar jelly crystals
9 g, (1 x sachet)
5 g, powder variety
- Put the kettle on to boil. Whisk jelly crystals, gelatine and ½ cup (125ml) boiling water in a heatproof jug until dissolved.
- Fill small silicone chocolate moulds with jelly mixture. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or stand at room temperature overnight, before popping out of moulds.
These have a texture similar to Gummy Bears but a little firmer. With only 3 ingredients, the kids can help make them!
