Anna's hot cross bun mug muffin

1 medium, mashed
1 individual, chopped
⅓ cup(s), (30g)
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
Milk chocolate chips
- Combine banana, date, mixed spice, egg, cocoa powder and oats in a small bowl.
- Rinse a microwave-safe mug out with boiling water to prevent muffin from sticking. Spoon mixture into prepared mug and microwave on High (100%) for 90 seconds or until muffin starts to come away from the sides of the mug and is just firm to touch (see notes).
- Serve muffin topped with yoghurt and raspberries stuffed with choc chips.
The bigger the banana the bigger the muffin you will make. It can take a little longer to cook depending upon your microwave.
