Anna’s chocolate hazelnut bliss balls

WW member Anna Van Dyken's bliss balls are perfect for when you want a portable sweet snack that's homemade and healthy.

Ingredients

hazelnut meal

1½ cup(s), (150g)

fresh dates

12 individual, pitted

cocoa powder

1½ tbs

chocolate hazelnut spread

65 g

maple syrup

1½ tbs

shredded or desiccated coconut

2½ tbs

Instructions

  1. Process hazelnut meal, dates, cocoa, hazelnut spread, ½ teaspoon salt and maple syrup in a food processor until mixture forms a thick paste.
  2. Place coconut on a plate. Roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball. Repeat to make 25 balls. Roll balls in coconut to coat and place on a plate. Cover and chill in fridge until firm.
