Air fryer strawberry cheesecake bites
Light cream cheese
⅓ cup(s), (80g) at room temperature
99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened
2 tbs, plus 1/2 tsp extra for dusting
¼ cup(s), (35g) finely chopped
2 x 3 second spray(s)
- Combine cream cheese, yoghurt, vanilla and 2 tablespoons icing sugar in a small bowl. Fold through strawberries.
- Place a wonton wrapper onto a clean cutting board. Spoon 2 teaspoons of mixture into the centre, then brush some water around the edges. Bring opposite corners of the wrapper together to form a square. Squeeze together to seal. Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers and filling.
- Preheat an air fryer to 180°C. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and arrange the cheesecake bites in a single layer. Lightly spray again with oil. Air-fry for 6-7 minutes, until golden brown and crisp. Sprinkle with remaining icing sugar to serve.
