Air fryer garlic-thyme mushrooms

Garlic, dried, powder or flakes

- Cut mushrooms in half, or into quarters, if large. Combine oil, garlic powder and soy in a large bowl. Add mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil. Add mushroom mixture. Air-fry for 8 minutes. Remove basket, sprinkle 1 teaspoon thyme over mushrooms and shake to toss well. Air-fry for a further 7 minutes, or until mushrooms are lightly browned and tender.
- Serve sprinkled with remaining thyme.
TIP: To make this dish gluten free, replace soy sauce with a gluten-free tamari. Tamari is a Japanese form of soy sauce, usually made without wheat but always check the label to ensure the product is gluten free.
