Air-fryer five-spice chickpeas
Canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 400g can
Chinese five spice
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Lightly spray a 7L air fryer basket with oil. Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
- Spread chickpeas over a tray lined with paper towel. Pat dry with an extra sheet of paper towel. Transfer chickpeas to a large bowl. Add half of both the five-spice powder and salt. Toss well.
- Arrange chickpeas in the basket in a single layer. Cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes or until until golden and crisp. Transfer chickpeas to a clean bowl. Sprinkle over the remaining five-spice powder and salt. Toss well and serve.
