3-ingredient banana cakes
2 medium, lightly beaten
260 g, (2 x large bananes), mashed
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine all ingredients and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl or jug.
- Place 8 WW silicone tart moulds onto a baking tray. Divide mixture evenly among moulds. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cakes are golden and a skewer inserted into centres comes out clean. Stand for 10 minutes before gently turning out. Serve warm.
TIPS: You’ll need about 260g of mashed banana for this recipe. Try serving cakes with 99% fat-free yoghurt, dolloped over the top.
