Depuis sa fondation en 1963, WW a toujours été ancrée dans la science. Notre équipe scientifique dédiée s'appuie sur des recherches fiables et reconnues pour modeler et faire évoluer constamment notre programme. Elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec la communauté scientifique pour s'assurer que nous soyons toujours à la pointe du progrès et de la science.
Au cours des quatre dernières décennies, plus de 115 études (dont plus de 25 essais randomisés de référence) ont analysé l'efficacité et l'impact du programme WW. Les conclusions sont claires : WW est un programme efficace, évolutif, ayant un bon rapport coût-efficacité et qui permet des résultats durables en termes de perte de poids et de bien-être.
