While we love a good peanut butter shake delivered right to our vehicle by a car hop, we don't love the 40 Points (and that's for a small one) that it'll cost us. Skip the drive in and just grab a handful of ingredients and your blender instead. This quick and easy dupe delivers the same chocolate cookie, peanut butter cup taste in less than a quarter of the Points.


Ingrédients
Powdered peanut butter
2 tbsp(s)
Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol
1 tsp(s)
Silken tofu
½ cup(s)
Christie Original Oreo Thins
3 cookie(s)
Light vanilla ice cream
½ cup(s)
Instructions

To a blender, add all of the ingredients. Puree until smooth. For a thicker consistency, transfer to the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
