Perfectly ripe melon is a summer treat. Enjoy it as is, paired with prosciutto or pureed with kiwi in this ultra-refreshing punch.


Ingrédients
Honeydew melon
4 cup(s), seeded and cubed
Prepared low-calorie lemonade mix
1 cup(s), or other diet lemonade, prepared
Kiwifruit
3 large, peeled and chopped
Grape juice
1⅓ cup(s), white-variety, unsweetened
Instructions

Place melon chunks and 1/2 cup of lemonade in a large blender; cover and blend until smooth. Pour through a strainer into a large pitcher to remove any pulp and solids.

Place remaining 1/2 cup of lemonade and chopped kiwi in blender; cover and blend until smooth. Again, pour through strainer into same large pitcher.*

Add grape juice, stir well and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 3 days. Serve over ice. Yields about 3/4 cup per serving.
