All the ingredients for this fun dessert can be kept on hand in the pantry and freezer, and put together at the very last minute. These frozen treats really look like snow, so as cold as they are, they make a fun, frosty addition to end of the year holiday meals. Light, festive, and oh-so-easy to prepare, these parfaits are sure to become a holiday dessert staple. Peppermint candy gives them a distinctive holiday flair, but you could substitute cinnamon, cherry or butterscotch candies for a totally different flavour.

Ingrédients

Chocolate syrup

6 tbsp(s)

Fat free vanilla frozen yogurt

2 cup(s), divided

Peppermint hard candy

6 item(s), crushed

Sweetened coconut flakes

¼ cup(s)

Instructions

Pour 1 tbsp syrup into bottom of 6 goblets or small bowls.

Add a small scoop of frozen yogurt to each goblet.

Sprinkle each with peppermint candies and coconut. Serve immediately.
