One word that’s sure to come to mind upon your first taste of this sipper is “happy.” It’s fizzy, fruity, berry-sweet, and tangy—bright, delicious, and satisfying. If you can’t find raspberry-flavoured spritzer, any berry flavour will work (such as blackberry or mixed berry).

Ingrédients

Strawberries

8 small, hulled and divided

Raspberries

⅔ cup(s), divided

Sugar

2 tsp(s)

Fresh lime juice

2 tbsp(s)

Raspberry seltzer

1½ cup(s), chilled

Thread 2 strawberries and 3 raspberries onto each of 2 (4- to 6-inch) skewers. Slice the remaining strawberries and place in a cocktail shaker or jar; add the remaining raspberries and sugar. Using a muddler or wooden spoon, smash the fruit and sugar into a thick paste. Divide the fruit paste evenly between 2 glasses. Add ¾ cup seltzer to each glass; stir gently. Garnish each drink with a fruit skewer.
