Brandy
2 tbsp(s)
Reduced sugar raspberry jam
¾ cup(s)
Egg custard dry mix prepared with 2% milk
1¼ cup(s), vanilla flavour
Creme fraiche
8 tbsp(s), for garnish
Mixed berries
1 cup(s), for garnish
Instructions

Break cake into large coarse crumbs. Divide among eight ¾-cup (185ml) capacity serving glasses.

Drizzle brandy over cake. Top with spoonfuls of jam followed by custard, a dollop of crème fraîche and berries.
