Ingredients

Canned white beans

15 oz, drained and rinsed

Canned salmon

16 oz, pink, flaked with a fork, bones removed

Uncooked red onion(s)

1 small, diced

Arugula

1 bunch(es), stems removed, chopped

Fresh parsley

¼ cup(s), fresh, chopped

Lemon zest

1 tsp(s)

Fresh thyme

1 tsp(s), chopped

Fresh lemon juice

3 tbsp(s)

Olive oil

1 tbsp(s)

Table salt

½ tsp(s)

Black pepper

½ pinch, freshly ground
