If you are looking for a guest-worthy dip that can be put together in 5 minutes, here’s one to try. It takes just 5 minutes to put together, and goes with everything from pita chips to crudites - or both! Salty, briny feta makes for a flavour-packed dip that gets a protein boost and extra creamy texture with the addition of silken tofu. We call for black pepper and chopped fresh oregano for the garnish, but you could also use smoked paprika and parsley instead.


Ingredients
Crumbled feta cheese
8 oz
Silken tofu
8 oz
Garlic
1 clove(s), large, peeled
Olive oil
1 tsp(s)
Black pepper
⅛ tsp(s)
Fresh oregano
½ tsp(s), finely chopped
Instructions

In a food processor or blender, puree feta, tofu, and garlic until very smooth, stopping and scraping down food processor bowl occasionally if necessary.

Spoon into a wide shallow bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with black pepper and oregano. Makes 1¾ cups.
