Ingredients

Mango

½ large, or 1 medium mango, cubed (make sure it is very ripe)

Watermelon

2 cup(s), seedless, cubed

Ice cube

1 cup(s)

Fat-free skim milk

1 cup(s)

Sugar

¼ cup(s)

Lime

½ medium, cut into 4 rings or wedges

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients, except lime wedges, in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into four glasses and garnish with lime wedges. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
