Waldorf Chicken Sliders

We used rotisserie chicken to make these sliders a no-cook meal, but feel free to poach or roast your own or use up any leftover cooked chicken you have.
Ingredients
Reduced calorie mayonnaise
¼ cup(s)
Plain fat free yogurt
¼ cup(s)
Fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp(s)
Dijon mustard
1½ tsp(s)
Honey
1 tsp(s), or agave nectar
Kosher salt
½ tsp(s)
Black pepper
¼ tsp(s)
Skinless rotisserie chicken breast

Apple
½ medium, unpeeled and diced
Grapes
½ cup(s), small seedless green, halved
Celery
½ cup(s), thinly sliced
Walnuts
¼ cup(s), chopped, preferably toasted
Red onion
3 tbsp(s), minced, finely diced
Slider rolls
8 item(s), 3 inch, split and toasted if desired
Bibb lettuce
8 leaf/leaves
Instructions

To make dressing: In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat. Add apple, grapes, celery, walnuts, and onion.

On bottom of each bun, place 1 lettuce leaf and chicken salad. Cover with bun tops.
