Whether you’re new to our two-ingredient dough, made with only self-rising flour and greek yogurt, or have made it lots of times before, this is a great recipe to try. We put it to delicious use with these individual pizzas that feature a tasty, fall-inspired combo of sweet-tart apple, savory chicken sausage, and sharp Cheddar. Don’t be tempted to skip the arugula garnish which imparts a pepper freshness to this hearty dish.

Ingredients
Cooking spray
4 spray(s)
Self-rising flour
1¼ cup(s)
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 cup(s)
Reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese made with 2% milk
¾ cup(s), shredded
Apple
1 small
Chicken apple sausage
3 oz
Arugula
1 cup(s)
Instructions
1
Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, stir flour and yogurt with a wooden spoon until just combined. Knead dough in bowl with your hands until smooth, about 2 minutes.
2
Place a large piece of parchment or wax paper on a work surface and lightly dust with flour. Divide dough into 4 equal portions; roll each into an 8-inch-long oval shape.
3
Coat a large cast-iron skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add 1 dough piece; cook until bubbles appear on top and bottom is lightly charred, 1 to 2 minutes. Turn dough over and cook 1 to 2 minutes on other side. Remove flatbread from pan and place on prepared sheet pan; repeat process with remaining dough.
4
Top dough evenly with cheese, apple slices, and sausage. Bake at 450°F until cheese melts and sausage is lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Top pizzas evenly with arugula.
