Cooked turkey bacon
9 slice(s), cut into 36 pieces
White wine vinegar
1 tbsp(s), chopped
- Onto each of 12 (10- to-12-inch-long) skewers, alternately thread 3 turkey cubes, 3 tomatoes, 3 lettuce chunks, and 3 pieces turkey bacon.
- In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, and scallions.
- Serve skewers with scallion mayonnaise drizzled on top.
