The key is to finely chop the celery and onion so it spreads throughout the entire salad. For extra flavour, add 1/4 cup of diced black or green olives.*

Ingredients

Canned chunk white tuna in water

12 oz, drained

Vidalia onion

cup(s), sliced, finely minced

Celery

cup(s), finely minced

Reduced calorie mayonnaise

cup(s)

Instructions

  1. Place tuna in a mixing bowl and flake with a fork until very fine. Add onions, celery and mayonnaise; mix well. Yields a scant 1/2 cup of tuna salad per serving.
