You just can’t beat a classic tuna salad when it’s time for lunch. Rolled up in a wholegrain flatbread with some lettuce, it makes a fun and satisfying midday meal.

Ingredients

Flatout Protein Up Carb Down Classic whole wheat flatbread

1 each

chunk light tuna in water

3 oz

fat free mayonnaise

2 tbsp(s)

Dijon Mustard

1 tsp(s)

plain fat free Greek yogurt

1 tbsp(s)

dill

½ tsp(s)

uncooked bell pepper(s)

1 tbsp(s), red, chopped

uncooked celery

1 tbsp(s), chopped

lettuce

2 leaf/leaves, large

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, pepper, dill, and celery, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. To assemble the flatbread wrap, spread the tuna salad onto the wrap, cover with lettuce leaves, and roll up, beginning at rounded end.
  3. Cut in half and enjoy!
