You just can’t beat a classic tuna salad when it’s time for lunch. Rolled up in a wholegrain flatbread with some lettuce, it makes a fun and satisfying midday meal.

Ingredients

Whole wheat tortilla

1 medium

Chunk light tuna in water

3 oz

Fat free mayonnaise

2 tbsp(s)

Dijon mustard

1 tsp(s)

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

1 tbsp(s)

Fresh dill

½ tsp(s)

Bell pepper

1 tbsp(s), red, chopped

Celery

1 tbsp(s), chopped

Lettuce

2 leaf/leaves, large

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, pepper, dill, and celery, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. To assemble the tortilla wrap, spread the tuna salad onto the wrap, cover with lettuce leaves, and roll up, beginning at rounded end.
  3. Cut in half and enjoy!
