Sweet and Spicy Sticky Drumsticks

These so-simple Asian flavoured drumsticks cook up quickly in one pan. They’re delicious warm, room-temperature, or chilled - ideal for a picnic!


Ingredients
Orange marmalade
1 cup(s)
Ketchup
½ cup(s)
Low sodium soy sauce
6 tbsp(s)
Minced garlic
2 tsp(s)
Ground ginger
2 tsp(s)
Sriracha chili sauce
2 tsp(s), or more to taste
Toasted sesame oil
2 tsp(s)
Cooked boneless chicken drumstick with skin
3 pound(s), 12 or so
Uncooked scallions
½ cup(s), chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a large baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Combine marmalade, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sriracha, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Place chicken legs in pan and pour sauce over all, tossing to coat. Roast, uncovered in oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through (spoon glaze from bottom of pan over legs once or twice as they cook). Sprinkle with scallions and serve warm, room temperature, or chilled with any remaining sauce spooned over the top. Yields one drumstick per portion.
