These sweet-and-spicy crisps are virtually fat-free, lots of fun to eat and terrifically crunchy. And best of all, they're a complete snap to make!
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange wonton skins on nonstick baking sheets in a single layer and coat with cooking spray.
- Stir together sugar, pepper, cumin and salt; sprinkle mixture over wonton skins.
- Bake until crisp, 8 to 9 minutes. Set on wire racks to cool completely. Yields 2 crisps per serving.
