Canned tuna packed in water

Granny Smith apple
½ medium, diced
Bell pepper

Celery

Mayonnaise

Fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Combine tuna, onion, apple, bell pepper, celery, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a medium bowl and mix together thoroughly. Fold in avocado and season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Layer 1 lettuce leaf on each sandwich thins base. Top with a scoop of tuna salad and sandwich thins lid.
