Light artificially sweetened vanilla yogurt
Carnation Evaporated milk
Unsweetened frozen strawberries
Unsweetened frozen mango chunks
- Place all ingredients in blender. Process at high speed until smooth, pulsing a few times to break up pieces of fruit.
- Serving size: 7/8 cup of strawberry mango shake
For variety, substitute any frozen fruit. You will need a total of 1½ cups (325 mL) of fruit.
