Oozing melted chocolate and marshmallow, this campfire treat is quick, simple and seriously yummy!
8 medium-size cookie(s), or store-bought, chocolate chip variety
60-69% dark chocolate
28 gm, (4x7g squares)
- Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C. Place half the cookies, top-side down, on a flat work surface. Place 2 marshmallow halves, cut-side up, on each cookie. Top each with a square of chocolate. Sandwich with remaining cookies.
- Wrap each cookie stack in foil and place on a baking tray. Bake for 5 minutes. Carefully unwrap and discard foil. Serve with raspberries.

Tip: You can also place the cookies on a piece of aluminum foil, on a preheated barbecue for 2 minutes or until marshmallow and chocolate melt.
