Smoked gouda and proscuitto bites
4 oz, smoked
- Cut cheese into 16 strips and cut pieces of prosciutto lengthwise in half. Then cut each piece in half again so you have 16 pieces each cheese and prosciutto.
- Take a few arugula leaves and place them under a piece of string cheese; wrap a piece of prosciutto around the outside and secure with a toothpick. Place on a platter; repeat with remaining ingredients.
