Slow Cooker Turkey and White Bean Chili
Uncooked 99% fat-free ground turkey breast
1 large, chopped
2 clove(s), large, minced
Reduced sodium canned chicken broth
Canned white beans
31 oz, drained and rinsed
Fresh lime juice
1 tsp(s), chipotle variety
- Coat a large skillet with cooking spray, and heat it over medium-high heat. Cook the turkey, onion, and garlic until browned, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
- Add the turkey mixture and remaining ingredients to a 3 1/2 quart, or larger, slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for at least 4 hours.
- Per serving: about 1 cup.
