Uncooked sugar snap peas
- Steam snap peas until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
- Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add sesame seeds and ginger; stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add snap peas and stir-fry until warmed through, about 2 minutes. Yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
