Grilled Sesame Asparagus
Low sodium soy sauce
Rice wine vinegar
Dark sesame oil
½ tsp(s), fresh, peeled, finely chopped
1 pound(s), ends trimmed
1 medium, thinly sliced
- In small bowl, whisk soy sauce, vinegar, oil, honey, garlic, and ginger for sauce.
- Off heat, coat grill rack or grill pan with nonstick spray. Preheat gas grill or grill pan to high, or prepare high fire in charcoal grill. Grill asparagus, turning frequently, until crisp-tender and charred on all sides, 7 to 10 minutes.
- Transfer asparagus to shallow serving dish. Pour sauce over top and toss to coat. Garnish with scallion and sesame seeds.
