Instructions

Season the eggs and scramble them using the cooking spray.

Place mozzarella cheese on the bottom of the toast followed by the scrambled eggs, sliced tomato and fresh basil leaves.

Sprinkle a dash of pepper onto the open end of the sandwich before topping the sandwich with a second slice of toast.
