sliced low sodium mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp(s), finely sliced
1 medium, sliced
- Season the eggs and scramble them using the cooking spray.
- Place mozzarella cheese on the bottom of the toast followed by the scrambled eggs, sliced tomato and fresh basil leaves.
- Sprinkle a dash of pepper onto the open end of the sandwich before topping the sandwich with a second slice of toast.
